Cancellation Policy
Please note that those who have signed up for online individual consultations and lectures will not be eligible for refunds.

Subscriptions
Classes are not a subscription, but a one-time payment, simply select your dates on the product page and purchase.

Fee
Please check the rates below.

1. 30-minute online consultation lecture (individual): 2,500 yen

2. 1-hour online consultation lecture (individual): 5,000 yen

3. 2-hour online consultation lecture (individual): 10,000 yen

4. 3-hour online consultation lecture (individual): 15,000 yen → 14,000 yen

Schedule Changes
If the scheduled time doesn't work for you, please contact us via our contact page and we will work together to reschedule.

Payment
Payment is made at the time of purchase by selecting your preferred payment method on the site and going through the checkout process.
