Subscription Policy
This page sets out the policy regarding the monthly subscription service provided by Trendy Japan.

Applicable monthly services
All of the following services are provided as a monthly subscription.

1. Membership (¥1,500/month including tax)
2. Cross-border E-commerce Consultant Monthly Package (Weekends only / 1 slot only)
3. Monthly package for cross-border e-commerce consultants and groups (weekends only / one slot only)

*This subscription includes services for businesses, corporations, and organizations.

 

Regarding fees (supplement)
For monthly services other than membership (¥1,500 per month), fees vary depending on the content provided, scope of coverage, and number of slots.
Please be sure to check the monthly fees for each service listed on each product page before applying.

*The amount listed on the product page is the official price that will be applied at the time of signing the contract.

 

About billing and renewal
Subscriptions are automatically renewed.
You will be automatically billed every month on the same date from the date of your first purchase.

 

Regarding cancellation : If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us via the contact page at least 10 days before your next renewal date.
If the deadline passes, you will be charged for the corresponding period and your subscription will be terminated on the next renewal date.

*Due to the nature of monthly services, we do not offer pro rata refunds or refunds for cancellations or non-use.

 

Regarding service provision
The content, response time, delivery format, and number of responses for each monthly service will be as described on each product page.
For weekend-only or limited-slot services, new applications will be closed once capacity is reached.

 

Prohibited items
Defamation, criminal acts, content that violates public order and morals, and private or sexual consultations are strictly prohibited.
If any activity that violates this policy is confirmed, we may suspend service provision and restrict use of the site.
