Refund and Cancellation Policy
Trendy Japan offers online consulting and monthly subscription services.
Due to the nature of these services, we do not generally offer refunds or returns after purchase.

Regarding one-off online consulting:
Reservations for one-off online consulting are confirmed once payment is completed.
We do not offer refunds even before the service has been provided, let alone after it has been provided.
If you wish to change the date, please contact us in advance using the inquiry form .
However, if you contact us at the last minute or are absent without notice, we may not be able to accommodate a change in date.
About monthly subscription services
Monthly services (membership, Cross-border E-Commerce Consultant Monthly Package, etc.) are on an automatic renewal system.
We do not offer pro rata refunds or refunds mid-month due to cancellation or non-use.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us via the inquiry form at least 10 days before your next renewal date.
Regarding devices and communication environments
If you are unable to receive the service due to a malfunction of your own device or problems with your communication environment, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please check your usage environment in advance.
Cooling-off period for EU residents
Digital services and service-based services provided by Trendy Japan are not subject to the EU's 14-day cooling-off period.
