Technical Consultation Plan for Building Shopify Cross-Border EC Site

We will answer any questions or concerns you may have about building a Shopify cross-border e-commerce site to the best of our ability, such as if you are currently building a cross-border e-commerce site and can't figure it out, have a setback, or want to use a good app but don't understand it because it's in English. We will support you through both chat and video calls.
Lecture Period:
- Lecture Style: Online Video Call (Google Meet)
- Lecture Hours: 1 Online Lecture 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes (3 times a month)
- Chat Consultation: Unlimited usage within the contract period (Google Chat)

Taking advantage of that experience, we will now offer a technical consultation both plan and trial plan for cross-border EC construction. Please note that cross-border EC plans are not available. Also, please note that we only provide technical "consultations" and do not provide practical services. (For practical work, please request a quote from the Lancers website.)

Refund Policy
We have a 10-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and you must take a photo to prove shipping damage and send it to Trendy Japan. In addition, if our goods or services are suddenly out of stock, you will be eligible for a refund. For images of shipping damage, please provide an image that clearly shows the condition of the outer package and the damage to the contents. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a refund, please contact aasano0305@outlook.jp. At that time, please be sure to attach your order number, receipt number, and proof image. Regarding refunds due to out-of-stock items, we will contact the customer directly by email.
If your refund is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to receive your refund. We will not accept any refund request to us without contacting you or requesting a refund.
Please note that Trendy Japan accepts refunds within 10 days of purchase, but does not accept returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/non-refundable products
Please note that our digital services (cross-border EC consulting and mentoring services) and e-books are not eligible for refunds.
For paid member blogs, you will be automatically billed once a month or once a week. If you wish to cancel, please contact (email address) before invoicing, or cancel via the system.
Please note that in principle, we will not respond to requests for refunds after regular billing for paid member blogs.
Exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept exchanges or returns for our apparel goods. However, we do accept refunds, so please check the refund details before proceeding.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
After receiving your refund request and verifying the image evidence and data, we will notify you whether the refund process has been initiated. Once the process is complete, your refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Booking
Your reservation will not be confirmed unless you proceed to check out and pay the class fee. Please note that.

If you are unable to make time for your scheduled appointment, please feel free to contact us through the Contact Us page. We will adjust the schedule.

Prohibited Matter
Consultations regarding private matters, sexual matters, criminal acts, and slander against business operators and others are strictly prohibited. Anyone who causes such an incident will be prohibited from accessing Trendy Japan's website in the future.
